A technician will usually arrive at your location to inspect and or perform service within five business days, however he or she may respond sooner. Unfortunately, we cannot give you an exact time of arrival.
* Providing a dead mosquito sample (squished is okay) for the technician is important so that he or she can identify the species and learn the source of the mosquitoes. Please leave the mosquito in a plastic baggie or other container on/near your front door.
Note: You can still receive service if you do not have a mosquito sample, but mosquito control results may be limited.

Yellowjacket Problem (ground-nesting species only)
A technician will usually respond within five business days. If you are making a request after business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) or on the weekend, please allow for two days for service to occur.
Please attach a map of the property or area showing the location of the nest on your front door and place an obvious marker (old shoe, shovel, etc.) near the nest location so the District employee can locate it easily. To locate the nest, simply observe the area where the yellowjackets exit and return (in the ground, shrubbery, pile of leaves, debris, etc.).

A technician will usually respond within two business days. If you are making a request after business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) or on the weekend, please allow for two days for service to occur.
